Terms and Conditions
We will deliver your firewood on the date and time of your choice providing you have chosen the correct delivery area for your delivery address. If, due to circumstances outside our control, your delivery is delayed, we will notify you and arrange a new delivery time, usually the next available delivery time. If no-one is available at the property to take delivery when delivery is made, a new delivery time will be arranged, and a further delivery fee may be payable.
For all delivery and installations are subject to our Covid policy, please read this on the home page and only choose these options if you are happy to accept these changes to our usual level of service.
Cancellations & Refunds
For firewood you can cancel your order up to 7 days before your chosen delivery date and recieve a full refund. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% of the order will be payable. For trees 11′ and above all orders are required to be confirmed verbally, unfortunately no refunds can be given and full costs will be due in event of cancellation.
If you are unsatisfied with your products on delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the product free of charge. If you have a complaint about the quality of your products after 24 hours of delivery, you must contact us within three days of delivery. In these circumstances, if there is a geniune quality problem with your products and providing our any care instructions have been followed, we will replace it at no charge.
