Terms and Conditions

Delivery

We will deliver your firewood on the agreed delivery date, we will notify you by text message prior to delivery. If, due to circumstances outside our control, your delivery is delayed, we will notify you and arrange a new delivery time, usually the next available delivery time. If no-one is available at the property to take the order when delivery is made, we will drop your logs in the location that you have specified, but only to wherever we are able to reverse a trailer.

Deliveries outside of our standard area

Please check on the map that you are within our mapped delivery boundaries. Any bookings received outside of this area will be subject to a time and mileage surcharge (typically £1 mile for any round trip exceeding 15 miles), you agree to contact us prior to making an order if you exceed these areas and agree to our additional charges. Any orders made without our prior agreement will be subject to cancellation and you, the customer, will incur any card refund charges (typically 2.5% of transaction value). 

Cancellations & Refunds

For firewood you can cancel your order up to 7 days before your chosen delivery date and recieve a full refund, less card refund transaction fees (typically 2.5%).

Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your products on delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will replace the product free of charge. If you have a complaint about the quality of your products after 24 hours of delivery we will endeavour to act in a fair manner. In these circumstances, if there is a geniune quality problem with your products and providing our care instructions have been followed, we will replace it. The customer is responsible for keeping logs dry after delivery, wet logs cannot be replaced.
